Chin Mudra:

Touch the thumb with index finger gently.

Benefits: This helps in improving memory power, concentration and cures sleeplessness, tension and stress.

Vayumudra (Air):

Touch the index finger on the base of the thumb at the Venus mount and press with thumb.

Benefits: Cures Artharitis, Parkinson's disease, Gout and improves blood circulation.

Shunya Mudra (Space):

Touch the middle finger at the Venus mount and press with thumb.

Benefits: Cures earache and vertigo.For best results, practice atleast 1 hr daily.

Prithvi Mudra (Earth):

Touch the ring finger with thumb.

Benefits: Cures weakness of the body and mind.It increases life force and removes fatigue.Increases peace of mind.
